Please speak with your doctor about age specifications for these exams based on your medical history and family history. Additionally, ask your doctor about other health screenings that might be beneficial for you.
November Highlight – Men’s Health
On average, men die approximately six years before women. Why? For largely preventable reasons, such as prostate cancer, testicular cancer, mental health, and suicide.
What Can Men Do to Reduce Their Risk Factors?
- Spend Time with Good People: Stay connected to friends and family.
- Talk and Listen: Globally, every minute, a man dies by suicide. In the U.S., 75% of suicides are men. Just being there for someone by listening and giving your time can save a life.

- Get Up and Get Moving: Make small daily changes such as taking the stairs, parking further from the building entrance, and going on walks during your lunch break or with friends/family.
