Nicole Lambert brings over 20 years of experience to the corporate wellness space, working with clients that have 20 employees to clients with 300,000 employees. At Empower Health Services, Nicole oversees the inner workings of all health programming and formerly served as the Director of Operations for Optum Biometric Solutions, acquired by Wellness, Inc. in 2010. Her career in the industry has taken her from Staffing Coordinator for biometric screenings to the ranks of Director of Operations.
