My Empowerment Plan
Motivate your team through our dynamic activities-based incentive program! Participants can earn points by logging a wide range of activities, from completing an annual physical to volunteering in the community.

Healthy Metrics
With our outcomes-based incentive program, reward participants for achieving healthy screening results. Assign point values to a variety of metrics, with a defined overall point threshold for participants to meet in order to earn their incentive.
Option to include the following metrics:

Participants can easily track their incentive progress from the empower.health portal and complete reasonable alternatives as needed.
Walking Programs
Promote an active lifestyle and friendly competition in the workplace with the EHS Walking Program. Have specific destinations in mind to get your workforce moving? Create a customized walking route for employees or choose from one of our easy-to-implement pre-set routes!
This steps-based challenge features the following:
- Customizable starting point, finish line, and route milestones
- Access to an interactive map, leaderboard, personal stats, and badges for all participants
- Compatibility with our proprietary Empower.Health Sync App, which automatically syncs steps to the portal and integrates with 15+ fitness devices, including Fitbit, Garmin, Apple Health, and Google Health Connect
Whether offered as a team or individual challenge, our Walking Program promotes regular exercise that helps reduce the risk of type 2 diabetes, heart disease, and other health conditions.
