Screenings are just the beginning to truly understanding your health.
Participants can access a downloadable EHS screening report through the secure empower.health portal, featuring year-over-year results to track trends, color-coded reference ranges, and simplified test descriptions.
Participants with critically out-of-range results will be contacted by a registered nurse within 36 hours of testing and receive an invitation to retest at the 6-month mark.
