Chief Operations Officer

Nicole Lambert brings over 25 years of experience to the corporate wellness space, working with clients that have 20 employees to clients with 300,000 employees. At Empower Health Services, Nicole oversees the inner workings of all health programming and formerly served as the Director of Operations for Optum Biometric Solutions, which acquired Wellness, Inc. in 2010. Her career in the industry has taken her from Staffing Coordinator for biometric screenings to the ranks of Chief Operations Officer.

  • Member of the senior leadership team, collaborating with the CEO and sales team to drive strategic roadmap initiatives, including new product development, operational efficiencies, and service delivery best practices.
  • Oversees operations across the organization, from the dynamic corporate team to hands-on field staff.
